What we collect
Account details (name, email), demo content you upload, and for visitors of published demos: name, work email, company website, questions asked, call transcripts and screens viewed.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
To provide the service (contract), to keep it secure (legitimate interest), and for optional analytics and preferences only with your consent.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember your consent. Functional and analytics cookies are off until you opt in. Change your choice any time from Cookie settings in the footer.
Sharing and sub-processors
We use trusted processors for hosting, AI answers and voice (ElevenLabs). Data is shared with the demo owner whose demo you joined. We never sell personal data.
International transfers
Where data leaves the EEA or UK, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Visitor call records are kept for the demo owner and deleted on request or when the demo is removed.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, delete or object to processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
